Task Order No. 4 to Consulting Services Agreement Between City of Gonzales and Dudek Consulting for Preliminary Design Services for the Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant
This is an Amendment to the Consulting Services Agreement dated June 17, 2024 between the City of Gonzales, a municipal corporation of the State of California ("City") and Dudek ("Consultant”) for Wastewater Design Services.
City and Consultant agree to the following changes to the Agreement:
Section 1 - Services
Services will now include the preparation of a Preliminary Design Report for Rehabilitation of the Wastewater Treatment Plant. Dudek’s scope, fee estimate and schedule is presented in their May 15, 2025 letter proposal (copy attached).
Section 2 - Compensation
City will pay Consultant an additional sum of $234,959 on an hourly not-to-exceed basis.
In all other respects, the terms of the Agreement shall remain in effect.
