Task Order No. 5 to Consulting Services Agreement Between City of Gonzales and MNS Engineers for Additional Program Services for City Wastewater and Industrial Wastewater Projects
This is an Amendment to the Consulting Services Agreement dated March 18, 2024 between the City of Gonzales ("City"), a municipal corporation of the State of California and MNS Engineers ("Consultant”) for Program and Construction Management Services for Wastewater and Industrial Wastewater Projects.
City and Consultant agree to the following adjustments to the Consulting Services Agreement:
Section 1 - Services
This Task Order extends MNS’s Program Management services as originally authorized under Task Order No. 1 as outlined in MNS Engineers’ October 20, 2025 letter proposal (copy attached).
Section 2 - Compensation
City will pay Consultant an additional sum of $158,738 on an hourly not-to-exceed basis.
In all other respects, the terms of the Agreement shall remain in effect.
