NOTICE OF COMPLETION
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the City of Gonzales, a municipal corporation, on August 4, 2025, entered into a contract with Pavement Coatings Company wherein said contractor agreed to complete all work for the 2025 Slurry Seal Contract according to plans and specifications furnished by the City of Gonzales.
That the work under said contract was completed by the contractor, or assignee, and accepted by the City of Gonzales on November 17, 2025. Project is on publicly owned property, and the property interest of the City of Gonzales is in fee.
That the property involved in said contract is situated in the City of Gonzales, County of Monterey, State of California, and the work consisted of:
1. Mobilization
2. Traffic control
3. Remove traffic striping and markings
4. Crack treatment
5. Slurry seal selected streets per project plans
6. Install traffic striping and markings
