Mayor Bill Hussey convened the regular Meeting of the City Council for Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at 6:00 PM.

Cynthia Bidney, Grand Terrace Resident, expressed her concerns regarding bundling unrelated or loosely related items into one legislative body.
Margareth Gonzalez, Grand Terrace Resident, formally invited the council and community to the Hope in Action hosted by the community coalitions for change taking place on Saturday, May 31, 2025, from 10 am to 12:30 pm at the Senior Center.

OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING THE
ANNUAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-26.

Council Member Doug Wilson reported on the following:
• Questions for Konrad Bolowich, City Manager, regarding the status of Hines, Traffic Enforcement, Greens group and Traffic Impact Fees Mayor Pro Tem Michelle Sabino reported on the following:
• Attended Blue Mountain Festival on May 17, 2025
• Attended the Freedom Wall event on May 26, 2025
• Recognized the Titan Strikers, who are a local soccer tournament team • Reported that on June 7, 2025, there will be an Arrowhead United Way local Veterans Brave event, a veteran's resource luncheon event and a job fair taking place from 9 am to 2 pm at 646 North D Street.

• Attended Blue Mountain Festival on May 17, 2025
• On May 29, 2025, from 3pm to 6pm, the Wellness Wonderland Health Festival will be held at the Indian Health Clinic on Mt. Vernon
• Will attend the Clean Air Resource Board Meeting on June 6, 2025, in Diamond • Attended the Freedom Wall event on May 26, 2025, and a light show provided by Shad Boal, Resident of Grand Terrace
J. CITY MANAGER COMMUNICATIONS
Konrad Bolowich, City Manager, announced the following:
• Replacement Plaque for the Veterans Freedom Wall
• Dog Park Fence is up on Vista Grande Way
• Dispatch calls are running effectively thanks to the public • "Just the Facts" and the community calendar are the new additions to the City Website
Fire Department Communications
• No Updates
Sheriff Department Communications
• DUI Event on Friday, May 23, 2025, conducted about 40 stops; no DUI arrests • Speeding concerns are being addressed, and a radar trailer will be utilized K. CLOSED SESSION - NONE
