CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Bill Hussey convened the Special Meeting Workshop of the City Council and Planning Commission Site & Architectural Review Board for Tuesday, January 27. 2026, at 4:00 PM.

Cynthia Bidney, Grand Terrace Resident, expressed her concerns regarding public safety in the city.
B. NEW BUSINESS
1) Joint City Council and Planning Commission/Site and Architectural Review Board Workshop for Housing Element Rezoning
Dan Wery, Project Manager and Hannah Kreitman, Housing Specialist with Michael Baker International provided the PowerPoint Presentation for this item.
PUBLIC COMMENT
Bobbie Forbes, Grand Terrace Resident, expressed her concerns and opposition regarding the proposed housing element rezoning within the city.

Mayor Hussey adjourned the Special Meeting Workshop of the City Council/Planning Commission Site & Architectural Review Board at 5:40p.m. The next Regular City Council Meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
