Mayor Bill Hussey convened the Special Meeting Workshop of the City Council & Planning Commission Site & Architectural Review Board for Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 6:00 PM.

1) Joint City Council & Planning Commission/Site & Architectural Review Board Workshop for Objective Design Standards
Gabriel Arguelles, Assistant Planner, provided a brief description of the item to be presented by Michael Baker International consultants.
Hanna Kreitman, Housing Element Rezoning Project Manager & Cameron, Project Manager with Michael Baker International provided the PowerPoint presentation on this Chair Giroux joined the Special Workshop via Zoom at 6:53pm. Adrian Guerra, City Attorney, stated for the record that while the Chair can attend the meeting, the Chair cannot participate in any discussion due to him being out of the country on vacation, which does not qualify as an AB 2449 just cause.
