CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Pro Tem Michelle Sabino convened the Regular Meeting of the City Council for Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 6:00 PM.
INVOCATION
The Invocation was given by Reverend Bill Dunn from Trinity Episcopal Church.

Ava Firnkoess, Cadet Major & Grand Terrace Resident, was presented with a Certificate of Recognition for all her accomplishments and service to the community.

Council Member Matt Brown reported on the following:
• Attended the San Bernardino County Homeless Partnership Local Continuum of Care (CoC) Homeless Services Board Meeting on August 6, 2026 • Attended the California Building Industry Association (CBIA) 2026 Housing Attainability Conference on July 31, 2026
• Announced that the monthly meeting for Coffee Connections will be held at Azure Hills Church on August 12, 2026, at 8am
Council Member Jeff Allen reported on the following:
• Attended San Bernardino County Homeless Partnership Central Valley Regional Steering Committee Meeting on August 5, 2026
• Announced the upcoming scheduled Paws and Relax, taking place at Richard Rollins Park on August 15, 2026, at 10am
Council Member Doug Wilson reported on the following:
• Discussed the general election and the public interest, and outlined how a variety of topics relate to the goals and development of the upcoming 2040 Vision Statement
Mayor Pro Tem Michelle Sabino had no comments.

J. COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE CITY MANAGER, SHERIFFS' DEPARTMENT,
AND FIRE DEPARTMENT
Konrad Bolowich, City Manager, announced the following:
• Shared information on the process for implementing the City's 2040 Vision Statement based on community input and direction regarding where residents would like the City to be by the year 2040
• Announced the implementation of Al for after hours
SHERIFF DEPARTMENT COMMUNICATIONS
Lieutenant Fries reported on the following:
• Shared how important community involvement is
FIRE DEPARTMENT COMMUNICATIONS
Assistant Fire Chief Jager was absent.
• Battalion Chief Justin Brutt had nothing to report.
