PUBLIC HEARING
2. Title: Introduction of Ordinance to adopt the 2022 California Building Standards Code and amend the City of Grass Valley Municipal Code, Title 15, Chapters 15.02 to 15.06.
Recommendation: After closing the public hearing, waive the reading of the ordinance in its entirety and read by title only, and introduce the ordinance to amend Municipal Code Chapters 15.02 to 15.06 that incorporates the 2022 California Building Standards Code.

Jon May, Building Official, gave presentation to the council.
Motion made to waive the reading of the ordinance in its entirety and read by title only, and introduce the ordinance to amend Municipal Code Chapters 15.02 to 15.06 that incorporates the 2022 California Building Standards Code by Council Member Ivy, Seconded by Council Member Branstrom.
Voting Yea: Council Member Branstrom, Council Member Hodge, Council Member Ivy, Vice Mayor Arbuckle, Mayor Aguilar
BRIEF REPORTS BY COUNCIL MEMBERS
Councilmember Ivy had nothing to report. Councilmember Branstrom had nothing to report.
Councilmember Hodge loves living here during the Holidays and the local supporting locals.
Vice Mayor Arbuckle attended Cornish Christmas, League of California Board Meeting and the Governments committee. Mayor Aguilar attended a LAFCo meeting, gave a Rotary presentation, attended a few Non-Profits Holiday parties, Cornish Christmas, and wants to remind everyone that the Donation day Parade is coming up on December 16th.
