Meeting called to order at 5:30 pm.

ADMINISTRATIVE
1. Condon Park Skatepark Project – Design Process Review CEQA: Exempt – Section 15301 “Existing Facilities”
Recommendation: The City Council hold an informational discussion on the proposed Skate Park design process, and provide direction to staff on how to proceed.
Tim Kiser, the City Manager, introduced the item to the council, and Matt from Grindline Skateparks, Inc., gave a presentation to the Council.

Public Comment: There was 31-speakers and attached is a sign-in sheet for those who gave their names.
Direction was given to the staff by all five council members to move forward with construction as approved with the approved design and look at some minor changes that would not majorly affect the construction.
