CALL TO ORDER
Mayor White called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

STAFF: City Manager Wood, IT Director Espinosa, City Attorney Thompson, City Clerk Rathbun

All recited the Pledge of Allegiance.

REVIEW AND DISCUSSION OF COUNCIL RULES AND PROTOCOLS AND COUNCIL CODE OF
CONDUCT
City Attorney Thompson reviewed the Council Rules and Protocols and Council Code of Conduct. City Council suggested changes to the rules and protocols and code of conduct.
City Attorney Thompson stated that the final Council Rules and Protocols and Council Code of Conduct items would be placed on a future agenda for approval.
