PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS Any member of the public may address the Council for a period not to exceed three minutes total on any item described in this Agenda. The Council will listen to all communications; however, in compliance with the Brown Act, the Council cannot act on items not on the agenda.

Members of the public may provide public comment during the meeting by calling (805) 321-6639 to provide public comment via phone (the phone line will open just prior to the start of the meeting) or written public comments can be submitted via email to [email protected] prior to the Special Council meeting start time of 6:00 PM. If submitting written comments in advance of the meeting, please note the agenda item. 2. Commission Recommendations of Parks Capital improvement Projects – Deputy City Manager Eriksson
(Recommended Action: Receive recommendations on parks capital improvement projects from the Parks, Recreation & Beautification Commission to be considered for the City’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and provide direction to staff for development of the CIP.)
3. Preliminary Design of Ramona Garden Park Rehabilitation Project (CIP 1259) – Public Works Director/City Engineer Ray and CIP Project Manager Wiggin (Recommended Action: Receive an update on the preliminary design of the Ramona Garden Park Rehabilitation (CIP 1259) and provide comments for staff in finalizing the design.)
