Phasing and Funding
Staff has recently been informed of a possible opportunity to apply for a CDBG grant City has been successful with CDBG applications for water line work Process is an over-the-counter application anticipated this summer; requires shovel ready project Project would only be eligible for CDBG funding if Phase 2 construction of the amphitheater is included which provides free or low-cost events in the area

Fiscal Impact
