SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
MONDAY, DECEMBER 11, 2023
CALL TO ORDER Mayor Bright called the meeting to order at 2:01 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chamber, 154 South Eighth Street, Grover Beach, California.
ROLL CALL
City Council: Council Members Daniel Rushing, Clint Weirick, Zach Zimmerman, Mayor Pro Tern Robert Robert, and M:1yor Karen Bright were present.
City Staff: City Manager Matthew Bronson, City Attorney David Hale, Assistant City Manager Kristin Eriksson, and City Clerk Wendi Sims
PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS
The Mayor opened the floor to any member of the public for comment on any items listed on the agenda.

No additional comments were received and the Mayor closed the Public Communications segment for this portion of the meeting.
CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Bright recessed the meeting into closed session at 2: 15 p.m.
It is the intention of the City Council to meet in Closed Session concerning the following item:
