CALL TO ORDER - PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Nagy called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M.
ROLL CALL
Council Members: Giles - Marsigli – Bonta – Mayor Pro Tem Ford - Mayor Nagy Staff present: City Manager Soknirorn Than, Public Works Director Gary Ingram, Police Chief Ruben Chavez, Recreation Manager Tiffany Vitorino, Fire Chief Patrick Borrelli, Finance Director Jenny Morrison, Economic & Community Development Director Jami Westervelt, Administrative Assistant Desirae Porras
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Council member Marsigli made a motion to approve the agenda.
The motion was seconded by Council member Bonta and carried 5-0.
PUBLIC COMMENT
There was no public comment.
ADMINISTRATIVE AGENDA
1. WORKSHOP: City Strategic Plan
1. Receive staff report and presentation
2. Receive public comment
3. Conduct Workshop
City Manager Than presented the staff report and introduced Gabe Gonzalez, G2 Advisory Group.
Mr. Gonzalez conducted the workshop during which he overviewed the objective of the strategic plan process, explained the purpose of SMART goals, and reviewed the City’s SLOT assessment derived from Mr. Gonzalez’s meetings with Council and staff. As the workshop continued there was open dialogue between Council, staff, and members of the audience.
Council requested the workshop be continued to another special meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Nagy adjourned the meeting at 8:13 P.M.
