CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL—ANTICIPATED LITIGATION (Govt. Code section 54956.9(d)(2)) Significant exposure to litigation based on receipt of a letter threatening litigation against the City from attorney representing the owners of 225 Valdez. The letter will be made available for public inspection upon request pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.5.
