CONVENE SPECIAL MEETING / ROLL CALL
Mayor Penrose called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance.

PRESENT: Councilmembers Brownstone, Rarback, and Ruddock, Vice Mayor Jimenez, and Mayor Penrose
1.A MINIMUM WAGE ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
Administrative Services Director Rossi and Senior Management Analyst Lopez presented the staff report providing background on Federal, State and Local minimum wages, current minimum wage, outreach, and ordinance options.
The following individuals addressed the Council:
• Krystyln Giedt
• Rabbi Mosha Heyn
• Joanne Rokosky
The Council discussed the item and directed staff to bring back different scenarios and data on Downtown businesses and the farmworker community.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Penrose adjourned the meeting at 7:37 p.m.
