Mayor Jimenez called the special meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL—ANTICIPATED LITIGATION (Govt. Code section 54956.9(d)(2)) Significant exposure to litigation based on receipt of letters threatening litigation against the City from YIMBY Law and the Department of Housing and Community Development re 555 Kelly. The letters have been included in Planning Commission packets and will be made available to the public upon request pursuant to Government Code section 54957.5 CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS (Govt. Code section 54956.8) Property: 555 Kelly Avenue, City of Half Moon Bay
City Negotiators: Matthew Chidester (City Manager) and Catherine Engberg (City Attorney) Negotiating Parties: Kelly Hollywood, Mercy Housing
