San Mateo Superior Court, Case No. 20-CIV-02921
City Attorney Engberg reported that the Council met in Closed Session to discuss the case of Huynh v. City of Half Moon Bay et al., San Mateo Superior Court, Case No. 20-CIV-02921, and voted 4-0-1, Councilmember Jonsson absent, to approve a settlement agreement in the amount of $2,875,000.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Brownstone adjourned the meeting at 6:56 p.m.
