1. CONVENE SPECIAL MEETING / ROLL CALL
Mayor Brownstone called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m. Assistant City Clerk Rodriguez called the Roll Call.
PRESENT: Councilmembers Nagengast, Jonsson, Penrose, Vice Mayor Ruddock and Mayor Brownstone
2. OPEN SESSION IDENTIFICATION OF CLOSED SESSION ITEMS
City Attorney Engberg announced that Councilmember Nagengast would be recused from agenda item 4.A. and would rejoin the Special Meeting after that item.
