1. CONVENE SPECIAL MEETING / ROLL CALL
Mayor Brownstone called the Special Meeting to order at 10:13 a.m. City Manager Chidester called the Roll Call.
PRESENT: Councilmembers Nagengast, Jonsson, Penrose, Vice Mayor Ruddock and Mayor Brownstone
2. OPEN SESSION IDENTIFICATION OF CLOSED SESSION ITEMS
Mayor Brownstone identified the items to be discussed in Closed Session.
3. PUBLIC COMMENT ON CLOSED SESSION ITEMS
Mayor Brownstone invited public comment on the Closed Session items. The following individuals addressed the City Council:

The Council convened into Closed Session at 10:42 a.m.
