1. CONVENE SPECIAL MEETING / ROLL CALL
Mayor Ruddock called the Special Meeting to order at 5:30 p.m., noting Vice Mayor Penrose would be joining the meeting remotely, under the “Just Cause” provisions of A.B. 2449, due to an illness. City Manager Chidester called the Roll Call.
PRESENT: Councilmembers Brownstone, Jonsson, Nagengast, Vice Mayor Penrose (Joined remotely after Roll Call) and Mayor Ruddock
