1. CONVENE SPECIAL MEETING / ROLL CALL
Mayor Ruddock called the Special Meeting to order at 6:45 p.m., City Manager Chidester called the Roll Call.
PRESENT: Councilmembers Brownstone, Jonsson, Nagengast, Vice Mayor Penrose and Mayor Ruddock
2. OPEN SESSION IDENTIFICATION OF CLOSED SESSION ITEMS
Mayor Ruddock identified the items that would be discussed in Closed Session. Councilmember Nagengast announced he would be recused from Closed Session Item 4.B. and would be leaving the room during that discussion only.
