A. Recognition and remarks for Outgoing Council Members Amanda Saltray, Art Brieno, and Francisco Ramirez.
B. Certification of Election and Swearing in:
a. Adoption of Resolution 22-45-R, Declaring Canvass of Results of the Votes Cast and Statement of Election Results for the November 8, 2022, General Election. b. Administer Oath of Office to Travis Paden, Mark Kairis, and Lou Martinez C. Reorganize of the City Council - Selection of the Mayor and Vice Mayor:

E. Council: Receive and discuss the list of Committees and Boards a. Discussion regarding the list of committees and boards that have City C ouncil representation directly appointed by the Council and make Appointments as appropriate.

At this time, any Council Member may ask a question for clarification, make an announcement, or report briefly on their activities. In addition, subject to Council Policies and Procedures, they may request staff to report back to the Council at a subsequent meeting concerning any matter or take action to di rect staff to place a matter of business on a future agenda.
