CALL TO ORDER
The City Council meeting was called to order on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at 6:00 PM.
Pablo Rubio, City Clerk, provided brief information regarding the conduct of the meeting.

A motion was made by Councilmember Farfan, seconded by Councilmember Alvarado, to approve recommendation to introduce for first reading, proceed by title only, and waive reading in full of Ordinance No. 2022603, as amended, to add to Section 10.20.050 that no person operating any automobile, motorcycle or other motor driven vehicle within the city shall engage in a speed contest, or sideshow or street racing as set forth under the California vehicle code.
