MINUTES
CALL TO ORDER
The City Council Special Meeting was called to order on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at 6:01 PM.

Pablo Rubio, City Clerk, announced a quorum.
PUBLIC COMMENTS GENERAL OR ITEMS ON OR OFF THE AGENDA There were no Public Comments.
DISCUSSION ITEM(S)
1. Recommendation to review and discuss the proposed Citywide Budget for FY 20232024 and 20242025.
An overview of the City Finances General Fund Revenues/Expenditures was given by Linda Hollinsworth, Finance Director.
New Positions and Programs were discussed by department: Administration/City Clerk/Human Resources, Community Development, Finance, and Public Safety.
Neema Ghanbari, Public Works Manager, went over a list of Major Equipment Purchases, and a list of Capital Projects for the next two fiscal years.
Next Steps – staff will prepare a PowerPoint Presentation for the June 13, 2023 City Council Meeting.
