CALL TO ORDER
The City Council Special Meeting was called to order on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at 6:31 PM.

The flag salute was led by Mayor Farfan.

1. Recommendation to discuss and consider approving a donation to Artesia High School.
SUGGESTED ACTION: Approve Recommendation.

A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem De Paula, seconded by Councilmember Del Rio, to approve a donation of $3,000 to the Artesia High School Girls Soccer Team.

A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem De Paula, seconded by Councilmember Del Rio, to approve a donation of $3,000 to the Artesia High School Girls Soccer Team.
