CALL TO ORDER
The City Council Special Meeting was called to order on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at 5:49 PM.

A. CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Recommendation to award contract to Moon Valley Nurseries in the amount of $190,525.60 for the removal and installation of palm trees on Carson Street – from Norwalk Boulevard to Bloomfield Avenue and appropriation of additional funding in the amount of $270,000 for the Carson Street Beautification Phase II, Project 108.
SUGGESTED ACTION: Approve Recommendation.

B. DISCUSSION ITEM(S)
1. Recommendation to accept construction improvements by Empire Design and Build and Anguiano Lawn Care, Inc., for the Water Efficiency, Project 113 as complete and authorize the City Clerk to file the notice of completion.
