The Finance Committee meeting was called to order on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 5:05 PM.

1. Proposed budget amendments.
2. Discussion of Council compensation.
Ernesto Marquez, City Manager, and Linda Hollinsworth, Finance Director, presented information on the proposed budget amendments.
The committee discussed Staffing, Finance and Administration, Capital Projects, and Programs/Projects.
