Note:1) Floor Show Signs Of Severe sanding, and due to age of floor separation between boards allowed old finish to penetrate and become dark as years go own, this phenomena can not be fixed without replacing the entire floor and could have been avoided with wood filler applied at an early sanding interval by a skilled flooring contractor. some nails showing and more will show with additional sanding. Some floor boards are broken in the middle of the boards and some that are splinters on the connection between tongue and groove area, this indicated a low ware layer manifesting with some more board that may need to be repaired after sanding and may splinter, wood filler will not adhere to some cracks/ separation between boards as they are filed with old finish. 2) As per site visit , floor has some dead spots, usually this can be fixed by first pass of sanding 36 grit at 45 degree to the grain, unfortunately due to low wear layer this can not be done on this floor so dead spots, deep scratches ( by bleachers) and some discoloration will remain after sanding. 3) Given your acceptance of these limitation, we can sand this floor carefully according to national maple wood association specs and Apply all game lines and logo as per provided design.
