C. Before applying for donations, both the ASB and the school administration must communicate with each other to ensure alignment on the purpose and objectives of the donation.
D. Applications are to be submitted using the City Donation Request Form. All sections must be completed with the required supporting documentation.
Applications will be received and date stamped by the City Manager or his/her designee. Incomplete applications will be returned to the applicant to allow the applicant an opportunity to complete the package and resubmit.
E. All requests will be reviewed by the City Manager, or his/her designee, for eligibility.
F. Approved recipients will be notified by the City Clerk and invited to a future Council meeting for the awarding of the donation(s). When accepting the donation, organizations will provide a brief statement on how these funds will be used.
