RESOLUTION 032-2025
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HAWAIIAN GARDENS AMENDING THE 2025-2026 AND 2026-2027 CITYWIDE
FISCAL YEAR BUDGETS
WHEREAS, the City Council is responsible for properly managing and maintaining the City's finances, and;
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the Fiscal Year Budget for 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 on June 11, 2025 by Resolution No.011-2025
WHEREAS, the City Council may amend the budget at any time, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hawaiian Gardens as follows:
Section 1. The City Council hereby approves Resolution No. 032-2025 authorizing amendments to the FY 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 City Wide budget as presented in Attachment B.
Section 2. The Mayor or presiding officer of the Hawaiian Gardens City Council is hereby authorized to executive this resolution indicating its adoption by the City Council.
Section 3. The City Clerk, or duly appointed Deputy, is directed to attest thereto.
