I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to you on behalf of the Artesia High School Girls Volleyball Team. Our team recently made history by winning our first ever California Interscholastic Federation - Southern Section (CIF-SS) Girls Volleyball Championship on November 8, 2025. We are seeking support from community stakeholders like you to help us achieve our goals.
Artesia High School Girls Volleyball Team has a long-standing tradition of excellence, both on and off the field.
We place great emphasis on character development, teamwork, and athletic achievement. Through participation in competitive volleyball, our student-athletes learn valuable life skills such as discipline, dedication, and perseverance.
To ensure the success of our program, we rely on donations from generous individuals and organizations in our community. These contributions play a significant role in covering various expenses associated with supporting our team. We would be immensely grateful if you could consider making a monetary donation to the Artesia High School Girls Volleyball Team. We are currently seeking monetary donations to help us fund our championship rings of the amount of $5,000.
We understand that times are uncertain and there are numerous causes deserving of support. Nevertheless, we sincerely hope you will consider investing in the success of our team. Your donation will have a lasting impact on the lives of our student-athletes, fostering their growth and empowering them to achieve their full potential.
Thank you for your time and consideration. If you have any questions or require additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me at (562)355-6415 or [email protected]. We truly value your support and look forward to partnering with you to create a brighter future for our student-athletes.
With gratitude,
Francisco ~ J. e
