Subject: City of Hawaiian Gardens Teen Center Replace two (2) 5-ton wall mount heat pump units Mesa Energy Systems, Inc. (“Contractor”) is pleased to submit the following scope of work to City of Hawaiian Gardens (“Customer”) to replace two (2) wall mounted heat pump units for the Teen Center.
Scope of Work
1. Check in with facility staff
2. De-energize existing Marvair heat pump units using industry approved lockout tag out procedures.
3. Disconnect existing electrical, condensate piping, ductwork and wiring/conduit from the existing 5-ton wall mounted heat pump units.
4. Remove and lift off existing heat pump units off the wall.
5. Use lift and set (2) new Marvair 5-ton heat pump units; anchor in place.
6. Replace existing electrical disconnect with new; reconnect existing electrical.
7. Reconnect existing condensate piping, ductwork, and wiring/conduit for new Marvair units.
8. Perform start-up and verify proper operation.
9. Clean up and remove old equipment from site.
10. Check out with facility staff.
Additional Notes
1. All work will be performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
2. Equipment will be tested after completion to verify proper operation.
3. The work area will be cleaned and left in good condition upon completion.
Total Cost ………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… $50,900.00 The price set forth herein is guaranteed for a period of 30 days from the date of this proposal. Mesa Energy Systems, Inc. thereafter reserves the right to increase the price to reflect the then-current price. The pricing in this proposal is guaranteed only for such time, and Mesa Energy Systems, Inc.’s customer assumes the risk of any price increases thereafter. If customer fails to sign this proposal timely, this proposal shall be deemed void, withdrawn, and canceled.

▪ Should upon performance of the above, it be noted that any additional labor and materials are required to place the equipment in proper operational order, you will be notified, and your approval obtained prior to proceeding with any additional work.
▪ In the event that the project covers tasks where isolation valves are required for the work to proceed, remedying leaking or nonfunctioning valves is not included.
▪ Additional parts and labor not specifically mentioned in the above scope. ▪ Overtime is excluded.
