RECOMMENDATION:
Recommendation to adopt Resolution No. 008-2026, declaring certain City personal property as surplus and authorizing the disposal thereof.
SUMMARY
Staff respectfully request that the office supplies and equipment listed in Exhibit A of Resolution No. 008-2026 be declared surplus.
Staff performed a spring cleaning and identified office supplies and desk accessories that other departments could use. All remaining property is unused due to its age and condition or has been determined to be obsolete or no longer functional.
Municipal Code Section 3.12.120 authorizes the City Manager to sell and dispose of supplies and equipment no longer in service and declared as surplus by the City Council.
Staff recommends that the City Council declare the old office supplies and desk accessories as surplus and authorize its disposal.

None.
