FORTH AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
FOR REIMBURSEMENT FOR HELICOPTER
PATROL SERVICES
This Amendment, which amends that certain "Agreement for Reimbursement for Helicopter Patrol Services" dated November 16, 2022 (the "Agreement"), is made and entered into with an effective date of July l, 2026, by and between the City of Lakewood and the City of Hawaiian Gardens.
The parties hereby agree as follows:
1. Section 2 and Section 3 of the Agreement are amended to state the minimum retainer amount shall be no less than $50,000.
2. Section 3 of the Agreement is amended to state the helicopter patrol services will be billed at an all inclusive hourly rate of $1,100 in tenth of an hour increment, rounded up to the nearest tenth, and the minimum retainer amount shall be no less than $50,000.
3. Section 5 of the Agreement is amended to state an effective date of July I, 2026, and a termination date of June 30, 2027.
4. In all other respects the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
