MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HAWTHORNE,
CALIFORNIA HELD JUNE 7, 2022.
Mayor Vargas called the City Council meeting to order at 6:38 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the City Hall, 4455 West 126th Street, Hawthorne, California.
ROLL CALL-Present: Councilmembers Monteiro, Patterson, Valentine, Mayor Vargas.
Absent: Councilmember Reyes English (excused)
2. Councilmember Valentine led in the Pledge of Allegiance.
3. Under oral communications Ronnie Manson spoke regarding a burglary at his church.
4. RESOLUTION NO. 8363
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HAWTHORNE, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING A PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT WITH WEST LA HAWTHORNE INVESTMENT LLC AS SELLER FOR THE REAL PROPERTY AT 12547 HAWTHORNE
BOULEVARD
Mayor Vargas moved, seconded by Councilmember Patterson, that Resolution 8363 be approved and adopted.
ROLL CALL-AYES: Councilmembers Monteiro, Patterson, Valentine, Mayor Vargas.
NOES: None. ABSENT: Councilmember Reyes English.
5. Mayor Vargas adjourned the meeting at 6:43pm.
