CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Vargas called the special City Council meeting to order at 6 :02 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of City Hall, 4455 W. 126th Street, Hawthorne, California.
ROLL CALL
Present: Councilmembers Monteiro, Reyes English, Valentine, Patterson, Mayor Vargas.
Absent: None.

SUCCESSOR AGENCY
1. Approving an Amended Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule ("ROPS") for the six-month fiscal period from Jan 1, 2023 through June 30, 2023 ("ROPS 22-23B") and taking certain related actions.
Mayor Vargas moved, seconded by Councilmember Reyes English to approve Successor Agency Resolution No. 2022-01, an Amended Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule ("ROPS") for the six-month fiscal period from Jan 1, 2023 through June 30, 2023 ("ROPS 22-23B") and taking certain related actions.

NOES: None.

Mayor Vargas adjourned the special meeting at 6:04 p.m.
