Scope
1. Prepare soil boring permit application with LA County Environmental Health
2. Select and coordinate with driller subcontractor to drill soil borings and install soil vapor probes
3. Select and coordinate with laboratory for the collection and analyses of soil, groundwater and soil vapor samples
4. Select and coordinate with utility locating survey subcontractor to clear drilling locations
5. Revise health and safety plan
7. Coordinate sample analysis with laboratory (mobile, fixed)
8. Coordiante disposal of investigation derived wastes (IDW)
9. Data review and analysis
10. Prepare and submit summit report of findings to LARWQCB Activity Rate Unit Quantity Cost
