RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Approval of City Council meeting minutes for the regular meeting of February 27, 2023.
DISCUSSION:
The purpose of the minutes are to historically preserve the event of the City Council meetings.
The minutes typically describe the event of the meeting and may include a list of attendees, a statement of the issues considered by the participants and related responses or decisions for the issues. They are action minutes in nature. It is not a requirement that the minutes be a transcript but instead a historical preservation/record of the actions, guidance, and directives provided in conducting the wishes and the business of the City of Hawthorne by the said policy making body.

Providing customer service by promoting transparency with the completion of City Council meeting minutes.
