A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF HAWTHORNE, CALIFORNIA ORDERING THE
DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS / CITY ENGINEER TO
PREPARE A REPORT FOR THE STREET LIGHTING
MAINTENANCE DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF
HAWTHORNE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025 AS
REQUIRED BY THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE
SECTION 22622
WHEREAS, the City of Hawthorne has previously established a Street Lighting Maintenance District for the purpose of providing funding for City street lights; and WHEREAS, the Streets and Highways Code 22622 requires an annual report of street lighting assessments to be prepared.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hawthorne, California that the Director of Public Works / City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare the annual Street Lighting Assessment Report and to submit said report to the City Council for their review and approval.
