these services, which are essential for the community's well-being and engagement. By maintaining a reliable facility, the community center can continue to attract participants and generate revenue from program fees or facility rentals.

A roof rehabilitation project demonstrates the commitment to maintaining a safe and inviting space for activities. This can enhance the overall appeal of the community center gym, potentially increasing its utilization. As more individuals and groups utilize the facility, it can lead to increased participation and revenue generation. The increased foot traffic can also have a positive impact on local businesses, such as nearby restaurants, cafes, or shops, as visitors may utilize these services before or after their activities at the community center.

By investing in a roof rehabilitation project at a community center gym, the city can contribute to its economic strategic plan by ensuring the continuity of services, increasing facility utilization, enhancing reputation, supporting non-profit organizations, and fostering partnerships.
