RESOLUTION NO. 8461
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HAWTHORNE, CALIFORNIA, PROVIDING
FOR A NEW CITY SEAL AND LOGOS
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Staff Recommends that the City Council adopt Reso. No. 8461.
DISCUSSION:
This resolution formally adopts a new City seal and variations (logos) pursuant to HMC. 1.08.020.
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIC PLAN:
1.5 Develop a branding program for the City. This will create a recognizable and relevant brand to the City to be used on media, wayfinding signs, and business cards, etc. Implementation to commence upon completion of program.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The funds required for this project are available in the current fiscal year's adopted budget or will be in FY 2024-25 budget proposals. These include new business cards, stationary, proclamation forms, and other items that bear the City seal or a City logo.
