Please accept this memo in lieu of three quotes required to generate a purchase order.
The Police Department intends to use the vendor to create work stations in a Real Time Information Center (RTIC). It is imperative that the workstations to be created have compatability with the existing work stations in the regional public safety dispatch center (RCC). This compatability will ensure that staff from both organizations (Hawthorne PD and RCC) can function from either location if needed.
