SUBJECT:
Approval of a Blanket Purchase Order (BPO) in the amount of $28,700.00 to repair the Betty Ainsworth Sports Center exterior doors.
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Staff Recommends that the City Council approves a Blanket Purchase Order for J & J Locksmith in the amount of $28,700.00.
DISCUSSION:
Betty Ainsworth Sports Center exterior doors are in need of repair. Staff received 3 quotes and request to move forward with the lowest bidder which is J & J Locksmith Service. Their quote came in at $28,700.00. The repair of the gym doors is essential to ensure the safety, security and ultimately providing a better experience for the residents and visitors. The Agenda Bill for this item was approved on May 14, 2024.
