ELECTED OFFICIALS' DISBURSEMENT REPORT
This report is required by the City of Hawthorne's Budget Allocation Policy. Pursuant to the Policy, which is contained in Resolution No. 8474, each member of the City Council, including the Mayor shall have an amount of $3,000.00 per fiscal year to be disbursed, in whole or in part, to events approved by the City Council. The Policy also provides that "No later than 45 days after the event is held, the elected official that requested disbursement from their budget allocation shall file a report, with both the City Finance Department and the City Clerk’s Department." This Report is aimed at compliance with said provision. The City Clerk shall post these forms on the City website.
