Agreement between the City of Hawthorne and ZS Development Corp. to fund environmental analysis for the a proposed new hotel development project.
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Staff Recommends that the City Council approve an agreement DISCUSSION:
This agreement is for the developer of a new proposed hotel project to fund the environmental analysis for the project, which will primarily be performed by City’s consultant, Michael Baker International.
