Agreement between the City of Hawthorne and De Novo Planning Group for the environmental analysis of proposed development project.
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Staff Recommends that the City Council approve an agreement DISCUSSION:
De Novo Planning Group was selected from respondents to a Request for Propsals (RFP) to perform environmental analysis pursuant the the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for a propoesd new hotel development project.
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIC PLAN:
Goal 3: Improve development processing and customer service operations FISCAL IMPACT:
None. This agreement will be funded by the developer.
