Agreement between the City of Hawthorne and ZS Development Corp. for the funding of environmental analysis of a proposed new hotel development.
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Staff Recommends that the City Council approve an agreement DISCUSSION:
This is an agreement between a developer and the City to fund the cost of environmental analysis to be performed primarily by De Novo Planning group, City’s consultant.
