Updating the List of Community Events Eligible to Receive Contribution from the City Council Through Budget Allocation (A. Monteiro)
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
City Council to Discuss and Vote
DISCUSSION:
During the June 11, 2024 City Council meeting, the City approved an annual budget allocation of $3,000 for each council member to donate to any of the community events listed as Exhibit A to Resolution No. 8474 for the fiscal year 2024/2025. Councilman Alex Monteiro brings this Discussion/Action item to update the list as he desire to add The Hawthorne Autism Awareness Walk as an added event.

The funds required for this project are available in the current fiscal year's adopted budget.
