Adopt a Resolution Approving an Amendment to the City of Hayward Salary Plan for Fiscal Year 2022
Regarding Agenda Item #6 ‐ Salary Plan Update:
Are the Landscape Maintenance Supervisor and Streets Maintenance Supervisor new positions?
Yes, these are new positions that were just approved by Personnel Commission in January 2022. Both positions reside at the Maintenance Services Department. We are recommending the addition to these positions to the Salary Plan, but we will not be recruiting for these roles now. The funding and recruitment timeline for both positions will be discussed during the FY2023 budget process.
